It is our policy for each patient to see one dentist on a continuing basis. If this is not possible for any reason, suitable alternative arrangements will be made. If you have a preference to see a specific practitioner, please make sure reception are aware of this.
Keep Us Informed
Please tell us of any changes to name, address and telephone number. Remember to let us know about any medication you are taking. We will ask you to complete a medical history update form once a year. This is to ensure our records are up to date.
Appointments & Cancellations
We always try to see patients at the appointed time. If you are kept waiting it is usually because of an unforeseen emergency. If you have to cancel an appointment please try to give at least 24 hours notice. Surgery time is valuable and it will enable us to use this time for emergency appointments.
Failure to attend appointments or persistent late cancellations can result in patients being removed from the list at this practice.
Violent or abusive behaviour may also lead to removal from the list and may be reported to the Police.
Emergency Service - For Registered Patients Only
If you are in pain during surgery hours, please telephone as early in the day as possible and every effort will be made to see you that day. Out of hours, an emergency service is run by the PCT. Please telephone the practice number and you will be informed about the next steps.
